Cabin Lake Nick a very rustic, small and cosy lakefront cabin that rests on beautiful Lake Nick in the Eastern Townships, just a few kilometres from lake Memphremagog. This cabin, lovingly referred to by the owners as 'the shack', consists of 2 small rooms.

The main room is 12 ft. by 15 ft. and houses a comfy double bed with a mini-loft that can convert into a single or double bed. One corner of the main room has a charming wood table for dining that seats four, overlooking a picture window with a great view of the lake. This main room also has a wood stove, settee, satellite television and telephone.

The second room is 10 ft. by 13 ft. and includes a small bar fridge, microwave, double range counter top, coffee machine and toaster. It also has a washer and dryer, shower and chemical toilet.

Both rooms have an abundance of natural light, are fully equipped and have baseboard heating with thermostat control. A small sitting area on a deck overlooks the lake only 20 feet away.

Cabin Lake Nick is settled on one-acre of land and shared with the main cabin approximately 100 feet away. Four hundred feet of the land is lake frontage.

The property is surrounded by a three meter high wrought-iron fence and despite several mature trees, is exposed to the sun from early morning to sunset.
